Sarah Mitchell brings fifteen years of yoga teaching experience to Sunrise. After training in India and completing advanced certifications in vinyasa, yin and restorative practices, she developed her signature morning methodology that's helped hundreds of students transform their daily routine.

Her teaching philosophy centres on making yoga accessible while maintaining its transformative power. Every class balances challenge with support, pushing students to grow while respecting their individual limitations.

Common Questions

Do I need prior yoga experience?

Not at all. Our Mindful Morning Movement classes are specifically designed for beginners, though experienced practitioners attend them too. The Energising Vinyasa Flow assumes basic familiarity with common poses, but modifications are always offered.

What should I bring to class?

Just yourself and comfortable clothing. We provide mats, blocks, straps and any other props needed. Many students prefer to bring their own mat once they become regulars, but it's entirely optional.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your first class to complete registration and get oriented. After that, 5 minutes early gives you time to settle in and prepare mentally for practice.

Can I book a trial session?

Yes. Your first class is £10, giving you a chance to experience our approach before committing to a package. Most people know within one session whether morning practice fits their lifestyle.
